Paying
Mobile Money
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AirtelTigo Money. After you place the order you will get a prompt on your phone — approve it with your PIN. Payments are processed by Paystack.
Card
Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card number.
Cash on delivery / pickup
Available on most orders up to GH₵8,000. We call to confirm before sending the rider, or before you collect. The delivery fee is paid by MoMo when you order, and on orders of GH₵2,000 or more we take a 20% MoMo deposit on the hair. The rest is cash to the rider.
Returns
Hair that is unopened, unwashed, uncut and still in its packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund to the MoMo number or card you paid with. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept hair that has been opened or installed. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return.
Caring for your hair
Wash with sulphate-free shampoo, condition every wash, and let it air-dry flat. Detangle from the ends up with a wide-tooth comb. Sleep in a silk bonnet or on a silk pillowcase. Keep heat under 180°C and always use a protectant.
